The Middle School Day
Homework
Homework is an essential part of the curriculum. Acquiring the habit of study at home stands children in good stead throughout their education, and helps develop the ability to work independently as well as extend work completed in the classroom.
For Middle School (4th to 5th Form) pupils can expect homework to take between one and two hours a night. Many pupils stay and attend homework club after school where they can focus on their studies and with the assistance of a teacher to answer questions if needed.
