We are immensely proud to share the remarkable achievements of Sixth Form pupil Jasper P, one of our talented Music Scholars. Alongside his outstanding GCSE results, he had a busy and inspiring musical summer that truly showcased his talent.
Jasper successfully auditioned for a spot in the cello section of the prestigious Triorca National Youth Orchestra, which, after rehearsals, culminated in a performance in Norwich.
In addition to this, Jasper returned for his second residential with the English Symphony Youth Orchestra, where he was given the Principal Cello seat. His exceptional leadership and skill caught the attention of the ESO coaches, who have now invited him to perform with the renowned English Symphony Orchestra in Cheltenham this September, where he will be playing Elgar’s beautiful Enigma Variations.
